Coconut Milk Powder - ORGANIC BULK
Ingredients: coconut milk powder, contains 2.5% tapioca maltodextrin, and 0.05% organic acacia gum as flow agents
Qualities: Coconut milk powder has the scent of a coconut and a slightly sweet taste. It is produced from the creamy, rich liquid made from the meat of mature coconuts (not the liquid that can be drained out from a coconut that has been punctured). It is high in saturated fat, mainly lauric acid (also found in mother's milk), along with Vitamins B, C, and E and a multitude of antioxidants. Contains 62.5% fat.
Common Use: Coconut milk powder can be made into coconut milk by simply adding water. Adjust the powder-to-water ratio depending on the richness of the desired milk. This powder is ideal for recipes that call for coconut milk, such as curries, puddings, baking, and ice cream, and it can be added to beverages like smoothies, coffee, or hot chocolate.
Storage: This product tends to clump. Store in an airtight container in a dark, cool, and dry location. Clumping is normal and easy to break up.
