SHIPPING
Our goal is to provide fast and accurate service. In addition to the items shipped by PrepareDirect, having the majority of our suppliers and manufacturers ship directly to your door not only ensures the freshest products, especially with food, it keeps costs down so that the savings can be passed on to you.
  • Shipping is FREE on orders of $99.00 or more. UPS and USPS ground service only to the contiguous 48 states. Special requirements, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada pay only actual cost. All others contact us for costs and policies.
  • The only exceptions are:

- Basic Commodities regular and organic in bulk 25 and 50 pound bags

- Specialty Process Beans and flakes

- Canned water

For these 3 exceptions, only the cost of products are listed.

  • Orders under $99.00 pay $9.00 for orders up to $49.99, and $14.00 for orders $50.00 to $98.99. These flat rates are for ground service only to the contiguous 48 states. Special requirements, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada pay only actual cost, all others contact us for costs and policies.
  • For larger freight orders we will contact you with specific delivery details.

  • PrepareDirect utilizes the most efficient and cost effective means to ship your order. This includes UPS, FedEx, United states Postal Service, and for larger orders established and reliable freight companies.

  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible. Depending on the supplier, orders are usually shipped 1-5 days from receipt by PrepareDirect. A confirmation email will be sent for all orders. Occasionally out of stock items may require some additional shipping time. Customers will be notified of any delays or product availability issues.
  • AlpineAire Gourmet Reserves systems and pouch assortments are usually shipped 7-21 days from receipt by PrepareDirect. If economic and / or disaster related events exist, shipping times may be lengthened. Customers will be notified of any delays or product availability issues.

BACKORDERS
  • Every effort will be made to ship orders complete. However, in the current economic climate some backordering may be necessary.
  • If delays are more than just a few days, you will be notified and may choose to wait, have your order shipped with available items only, substitute, or cancel the out of stock item and receive a PrepareDirect credit, credit card chargeback, or refund if you paid by check or electronic funds transfer.
