For easier digestion and better nutritional benefit, grind flax seeds in a small coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle. Ground flax seeds taste nutty, a bit like wheat germ. Sprinkle on foods, uncooked, for maximum benefit.
Flax as Egg Replacer Instructions: Grind seeds, then gradually add enough water to make an egg-like consistency. Use in place of an egg.
