Directions
Sort and rinse. Soak for about 8 hours, then drain. Place soaked kidney beans in a pan, cover with fresh cold water, and bring to a boil. Boil beans for at least 10 minutes. After this, simmer until cooked (approximately 45 to 60 minutes). Beans should have an even, creamy texture throughout when done.
