Organic pearl barley is primarily used in soups, and stews, and does not need to be soaked before use.

Directions
Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil with salt then add 1 cup of barley and reduce heat to medium-high. Let boil uncovered for 25 min or until soft. Makes 4 servings.
